Shipping Terms And Conditions
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the order and the receiving country. Please note that delivery takes 7-25 days from the order date. Any delivery delay caused by customs, border control, natural disaster, strikes, holiday season or severe weather is not our responsibility.
Once we have verified your payment method and accepted your order we will process your order within 72 hours. It may take longer if you placed your order over the weekend or during a holiday period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In it's original packaging.
Opened items, or any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error, or any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be exchanged.
If you want to exchange the items you bought, and it is not defective or damaged you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the returning of the item and sending it back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable,
If the product you received is faulty you please notify us within 14 days from the day on which the product was supplied by email: email@example.com. You will receive a new product matching the product you originally ordered.
Only full priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Prices do NOT include any kind of taxes and/or duty. It is the customer's responsibility to know if he should pay tax to release the package. For more information please contact your local customs office.
